Hillside Cattery

Accomodation

Cats stay in separate chalets, which contain split level shelving. Each area is securely locked by a metal grill door for extra security. We do have a number of larger chalets suitable for a number of cats. Typically, two cats can stay in one of our larger chalets.

Feeding

We feed adult cats first thing in the morning and again in the evening, unless instructed otherwise. Our chosen food is Royal Canin Dry. We also offer tinned food, but you are more than welcome to bring your own which we will happily serve. There is no need for you to bring your dishes, as we use our own for feeding and drinking. Fresh water is always available in each chalet. If your cat is on a specific diet or one recommended by a vet, you should bring your own food.

Bedding

We supply blankets, vet bed and beds. However, you are welcome to bring your own bedding for your cats. Bringing along an item that has the scent of your home, may help your cat settle quicker with us.

Cleaning/ hygiene

All our chalets are disinfected and cleaned daily. Our litter is a wood-based product and is changed at least daily or as needed. We use pet friendly products only to ensure that your pet will stay in a clean, comfortable environment.

All vaccinations must be up to date with yearly booster and we also recommend a spot on flea treatment, If you need more information, speak to a member of our team.
